Abu Kamal, olive grower, and Manal Abdallah, Media & Promotion Coordinator for Canaan Fair Trade, dropped in to see us this morning before catching the train to Edinburgh to visit Equal Exchange. We're very fortunate that they managed to give 3 talks (yes, 3 talks!) at yesterday's event at the Highland Multicultural Centre; it was a fantastic event of cookery demonstrations, tastings, and Abu's talks, translated by Manal.
